It is ironic that while many people devote their lifetime to accumulating assets, few will spend a fraction of that to plan for the distribution and management of their assets for the people they love in the event of their death. Many people died with “death bed” wills made when they were about to die or during terminal illness. The speaker will touch on the problems that can be created by a hastily made will or a “DIY” will. He will also touch on the pitfalls to avoid when planning their estate.
