Tone and Stretch Exercise Class @ Room 305

Details Description: – Toning and stretching is necessary for comprehensive fitness, but it doesn’t have to be uncomfortable or boring. With this one hour workout of 4 morning sessions, Veronica has incorporated toning floor work with stretches to feel fluid, so that by the time you are done, you will feel rejuvenated. Resistance Band Class

Details Description: – We are opening 6 sessions of Resistance Band exercise class conducted by Mr Wong Yung Pine. He is certified by Health Promotion Board to teach with quick six exercise using a resistance band. This class is suitable for those 40 years and above to take up this challenge of strengthening different muscle groups using this tool. Please approach admin counter with payment of $12 for 6 sessions for signing up.
