The Care & Community Ministry is made up of an eclectic mix of people from all walks of life held together by a common vision — to reach out to others with the love of God, with no strings attached.
The Home and Hospital Visitation Teams fulfil this mission with a passion. Together with the Ministry's staff, they visit those who may be home-bound or have difficulty attending church services due to medical reasons. The staff and volunteers also make regular visits to hospitals to befriend patients and provide prayer support and help in relevant areas.
The Ministry works in tandem with other church ministries to render pastoral care to former and current church members. It also organises events to bless the community at large. Some of these projects include the Cabbies' Lunches, Christmas Banquet and the Jalan Bukit Merah Block 3 Food Drop for the Elderly.
Beyond Church of Our Saviour, the Ministry helps raise funds and offers assistance to needy families in the surrounding communities.
