‘Why We Need To Talk About OCD’
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is one of the most common mental health conditions in Singapore today. It affects people of all ages and walks of life, and occurs when a person gets caught in a cycle of obsessions and compulsions. Ms Pearlene Lim, a clinical psychologist, will share about OCD and how to identify the signs and symptoms.
